聯合禱告會

 You are invited to a special 

churchwide prayer meeting 

dedicated to the new sanctuary.  

All the district prayer groups will 

meet at church on Wed, June 5, at 7:30pm.

感謝主，我們的建地執照(site permit )已由市政府通過. 建堂小組正與建築商進行外部開工細節安排. 請繼續為建築執照( Building permit)的申請及是否用預鑄鋼材以省經費的設計及決定禱告. 教會也在6月5 日 (週三) 晚七時半假教會舉行全教會聯合禱告會, 繼續為建堂事工禱告. 請大家預留時間, 踴躍參加.

1. 課程: 哥林多前書 I Corinthians

老師：朱麗容, 陳漢樑

 課程簡介:

第一世紀的哥林多教會內裏有結黨、紛爭、驕傲、嫉妒、污穢，異端，以及對真理有偏差和誤解。因此，保羅藉着神的默示，撰寫此書信給哥林多教會加以糾正、督責、鼓勵和解答會眾提出的問題。同時並闡述一些重要真理、教義和神的旨意。

其實，哥林多前書亦可以視為一封給現代教會的書信。因為信中所探討的，不僅是昔日哥林多教會極待解決的問題，也是任何一個時代的教會和信徒，都必須面對的問題；而且有些還比當年的哥林多教會更加嚴重。我們的仇敵魔鬼，從來沒有鬆懈過要逼害教會。

本書的真理和信息對今天的教會和信徒，有很實際的意義和幫助。教會是基督的身體和神的殿，神的道不因時代而改變，信徒藉着神自己的話語，聖靈的大能和指引，加上憑主名的懇切禱告，不但可以戰勝仇敵，而且在生活行為上榮耀永活的基督。

2. 課程: 基督教護教學 Christian Apologetics

老師：李嘉良, 洪奕安

 課程簡介:

信耶穌是否只是一個盲目的信﹖真的有神嗎﹐還是除了這個物質世界就別無所有﹖耶穌復活是否只是一個神話故事﹖基督徒說神是全能又慈愛的﹐為甚麼還會有苦難﹖聖經是否可靠﹖世上那麼多宗教﹐只有基督教是真的嗎﹖還是殊途同歸呢﹖

你可曾懷疑你所信的是否真的﹖被人質問你的信仰時﹐你是否啞口無言﹖彼得前書三章十五節說﹕『只要心裡尊主基督為聖．有人問你們心中盼望的緣由、就要常作準備、以溫柔敬畏的心回答各人。』這課程可以幫助你了解基督教的信仰是真的﹐並能提出支持的理由和證據。

我們也歡迎尋求真理的人一同來探討人生中最重要的問題。

康樂週 - April 13 Cantonese Fellowship

Message from Daniel WU, CF Coordinator:

 Hello !!! brothers and sisters from Cantonese Fellowship:

On April 13, 大團契！ starting from 4pm to 7:45pm.  

There are many recreations activities for everyone to have a time of fellowship together;羽毛球,乒乓波, 中國象棋, 圍棋 games, 手工藝 craft, 中文書法，毛筆字Chinese writing ,甜品示範 Dessert Demonstration, 唱歌Karaoke 等, please refer to below.

•       For Chinese writing, please encourage your children, (elementary school age, teenager and adult) come and learn how to write in 毛筆字. You will learn how to write your Chinese name (be sure to know your Chinese name first) after the class.

•      For Crafts activities, Sulane prepared few crafts that everyone will treasure. I saw a sample today and absolutely impressed. 

•      For any brothers that spend all their brain power for work, let relax and play some chess.

•      If you want to learn how to make a dessert, Sui Fong and Bernard can show you how. Save a piece for me though !!.
•      You can go to do every activities too, come and find out how.
•  

     Don't forget, invite a friend. RSVP how many is staying for dinner.

·       手工藝  Crafts (Sulane 淑蓮姐妹負責) room 204

·         中文書法，毛筆字Chinese writing (YP Cheung弟兄負責) Room 107

·         唱歌Karaoke (Kam Lee 弟兄負責) Morrison Hall

6:00pm: 日晚餐Dinner   

7:00pm: 唱詩singspiration by CSF

7:15pm: 遊戲 Ice breaking game (Kenny)

7:30pm: 圍契 purpose of Fellowship (Pastor Stanley)

7:45pm: 自由圍契，活動，唱歌，等。

Morrison hall will remain open for anyone who wants to stay behind to chats, have a time of fellowship or Karaoke.
